Service Description. This Site describes In-Person Reiki, Reiki Energy Healing, Reiki Wellness Sessions, Reiki Classes, Reiki Attunement provided by Balanced Vibes. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://reikienergyhealingportland.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Balanced Vibes or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

As-Is Basis. https://reikienergyhealingportland.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Balanced Vibes makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Limitation. In no event will Balanced Vibes's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Balanced Vibes from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Choice of Law. OR law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of OR, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
